As a Transformational Health Coach, I specialize in helping people overcome emotional eating and discover the root cause of their food cravings. I guide my clients to lose weight and fall in love with their bodies.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, listing restrictions of "good" and "bad" foods. I coach my clients to make mindful and conscious choices in a way that is flexible, fun and supports a happy-healthy lifestyle. I think Hippocrates summed up healthy eating perfectly in his famous quote, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
Eating nutrient-dense foods including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins is a solution to a healthy relationship with food and your body. When we eat a whole foods diet as fresh and organic as possible, eliminating white sugar, processed foods, and white flour, cravings subside and the body adjusts to the weight it is meant to be.
I will guide you to make the essential food choices that will work for your individual needs and best support your lifestyle. Also, I will assist you in making fundamental changes that are in alignment with your current and long-term health goals.
