    Super Berry Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    1 fresh Thai Coconut
    2 scoops Vanilla Sunwarrior Raw Vegan Protein Powder
    2 1/2 tablespoons Frank's Finest Autumn Dessert Spice
    1/2 tablespoon Maca
    2 droppers of Vanilla Stevia Extract


    Preparation:
    Put your coconut water and coconut meat in your blender. Add Sunwarrior protein powder, Frank's Finest Autumn Dessert Spice blend, maca, & stevia. Blend on a medium/high setting. This smoothie is comfort food! It tastes like the inside of a Pumpkin Pie!  Savor it! xo

    Emily's Mid-Winter Conscious Comfort Smoothie

    Ingredients: 1 fresh Thai coconut
    3-5 Medjol dates
    1-2 droppers of Vanilla Stevia extract
    1 scoop Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein Powder
    1 cup spring water
    1 teaspoon camu camu powder



    Preparation:

    Pour your coconut water into blender. Add coconut meat. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on medium/high setting according to desired thickness. Drink up the sweetness!

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Serves 1

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of blueberries or blackberries
    1 fresh Thai coconut
    1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 tablespoon bee pollen
    1 – 2 squirts of vanilla stevia extract
    1 tablespoon tocotrienols
    1 teaspoon camu camu
    1/2 tablespoon maca

    Preparation:
    Put your blueberries or blackberries in the blender. Next, your coconut water and coconut meat. Third, your scoop of sunwarrior protein powder. Blend on a medium setting. Then, put the rest of your ingredients in and blend on medium/high. Enjoy!
