    Easy Salad

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    2 cups arugula
    1 handful sprouts
    1-2 Persian cucumbers
    1 handful Chia seeds
    2 sheets of seaweed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 slice lemon
    Sea salt & pepper

    Preparation:
    Place arugula, sprouts, chopped cucumber, chia seeds, and seaweed in salad bowl. Toss well. Add olive oil. Squeeze lemon on top. Season with sea salt & pepper to your liking.
