Sushi Style Nori Handrolls

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Serves 1

    2 sheets nori
    1 sliced ripe avocado, Fuerte if available
    1 small handful daikon sprouts
    1 peeled & sliced cucumber
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    Gluten- free reduced sodium soy sauce

    Place sliced avocado & sliced cucumbers in middle of nori sheet. Add sprouts. Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Drizzle on dressing. Wrap it up with your hands however it works for you & dip in your healthy soy sauce!
