    Emily's Mid-Winter Conscious Comfort Smoothie

    Ingredients: 1 fresh Thai coconut
    3-5 Medjol dates
    1-2 droppers of Vanilla Stevia extract
    1 scoop Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein Powder
    1 cup spring water
    1 teaspoon camu camu powder



    Preparation:

    Pour your coconut water into blender. Add coconut meat. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on medium/high setting according to desired thickness. Drink up the sweetness!
