    Super Berry Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    1 fresh Thai Coconut
    2 scoops Vanilla Sunwarrior Raw Vegan Protein Powder
    2 1/2 tablespoons Frank's Finest Autumn Dessert Spice
    1/2 tablespoon Maca
    2 droppers of Vanilla Stevia Extract


    Preparation:
    Put your coconut water and coconut meat in your blender. Add Sunwarrior protein powder, Frank's Finest Autumn Dessert Spice blend, maca, & stevia. Blend on a medium/high setting. This smoothie is comfort food! It tastes like the inside of a Pumpkin Pie!  Savor it! xo

    Citrus-Avocado Dressing

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    1 ripe avocado
    1 peeled & de-seeded orange
    2 lemons
    cayene pepper, a pinch
    sea salt, a pinch
    Spring water

    Preparation:
    Put avocado, orange, and the juice from 2 lemons in a blender. Add a pinch of cayene, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 glass of spring water. Blend on high until you have smooth creamy dressing. I could eat this dressing without the salad it’s so good! Bon appetite!

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    Coconut meat from 1 fresh Thai coconut
    8 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
    1 handful cacao nibs
    1 tablespoon cacao powder
    2 full droppers of liquid Stevia
    Gogi berries, for garnish

    Preparation:
    Put all ingredients in in your blender. Blend on high until you have a mousse like texture. Pour in your dish or glass. Add gogi berries for garnish. Savor the decadence!

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Serves 1

    Ingredients:
    2 sheets nori
    1 sliced ripe avocado, Fuerte if available
    1 small handful daikon sprouts
    1 peeled & sliced cucumber
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    Gluten- free reduced sodium soy sauce

    Preparation:
    Place sliced avocado & sliced cucumbers in middle of nori sheet. Add sprouts. Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Drizzle on dressing. Wrap it up with your hands however it works for you & dip in your healthy soy sauce!

    Super Berry Smoothie
    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    2 cups arugula
    1 handful sprouts
    1-2 Persian cucumbers
    1 handful Chia seeds
    2 sheets of seaweed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 slice lemon
    Sea salt & pepper

    Preparation:
    Place arugula, sprouts, chopped cucumber, chia seeds, and seaweed in salad bowl. Toss well. Add olive oil. Squeeze lemon on top. Season with sea salt & pepper to your liking.

    Emily's Mid-Winter Conscious Comfort Smoothie

    Ingredients: 1 fresh Thai coconut
    3-5 Medjol dates
    1-2 droppers of Vanilla Stevia extract
    1 scoop Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein Powder
    1 cup spring water
    1 teaspoon camu camu powder



    Preparation:

    Pour your coconut water into blender. Add coconut meat. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on medium/high setting according to desired thickness. Drink up the sweetness!

    Serves 1

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of blueberries or blackberries
    1 fresh Thai coconut
    1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 tablespoon bee pollen
    1 – 2 squirts of vanilla stevia extract
    1 tablespoon tocotrienols
    1 teaspoon camu camu
    1/2 tablespoon maca

    Preparation:
    Put your blueberries or blackberries in the blender. Next, your coconut water and coconut meat. Third, your scoop of sunwarrior protein powder. Blend on a medium setting. Then, put the rest of your ingredients in and blend on medium/high. Enjoy!
